Debralee Cartolano - Owner/Master Stylist

Since starting her career in the Beauty Industry in 2003, Debralee has full filled her long time dream of opening her own beautiful boutique salon in the now, prestigious evolving neighborhood she grew up in.

Bringing 22 years of knowledge to the table, Debralee's foundation began as a salon coordinator and manager for a known, established company with over 30 locations. Quickly moving forward to pursue her goal as a stylist, she immediately became passionate about the "Art of Hair" and overindulged in as much education as available to continue mastering her skill.

Debralee has traveled to New York, Los Angeles, San Diego, Miami, and various other New England areas, striving to grow. She carries many certifications and completions from companies like Vidal Sassoon, Eufora International, L'Oréal Professionals, and All Nutrient Color Line, just to name a few. Debralee is also certified in many hair extension lines, including SoCap USA, Perfactress, PureHair, Babe, and GlamSeamless. She is a Brazilian Keratin Specialist educated in Brazilian Blowout, Peter Coppola, Unnique, and Rejuevenol.

Although she has been exposed to over 30 hair care lines and has had experience with multiple color lines, including Wella, Goldwell, Redken, Framesi, Cramer, and JKS, Debralee's true passion and loyalty lie with Eufora International, a one-of-a-kind aloe verabased product that not only nourishes and maintains the true integrity of the hair but also offers a wide range of education and successful salon-building skills. When not behind the chair servicing clients as a Precision Cutter or Master Correction Colorist, Debralee spends her time mentoring the newer stylists to also embrace Eufora, not only as a product line but as a way of life and key to success!
